Our Mission.
The Charlotte Intellectual Property Journal is a student-run academic law journal that serves to publish scholarly works that discuss the latest, developing legal issues within Intellectual Property Law. We seek to publish the scholarly work of practitioners who are on the ground and perceive the issues as they arise as well as our student editors who are passionate about this booming area of law.
